WorkSmart has been in the industry for over 20 years. And as an independently and privately owned “mom and pop”, competing with the nationals, and the regionals and the multi-branch, growth-oriented organizations, we know all about the competitive climate and the promises made.
So, what is it precisely, that we want YOU to know about us that we hope; will at least peak your interest? What can we emphasize, quickly, that will entice you to want to talk to us in person?
1. We will not promise what we cannot deliver. Disappointing clients wins us no friends and will, over time, build a poor reputation. for a mom & pop, reputation is all we have.
2. WorkSmart may be privately and independently owned but better yet, is managed day-to-day by the owners. Marshall and Judy Barnes actually work in the business. We are still hands-on, and you can talk to us anytime by simply calling the office.
3. We are still in business after 20 years because the owners’ #1 priority is to take care of customers. We are 100% service minded, not sales driven. It’s been that way since day one. We never had goals of growing into a mega company. We have always been a single office, committed to a single market. Out client base is still much smaller than what most staffing companies are satisfied with. For us, it makes sense, and it works well for our customers too. With a concentrated client base comes focus and loyalty of effort from WorkSmart, a truly service oriented organization.
4. Lastly, because WorkSmart is privately owned, we can be both innovative and flexible. We’ll offer solutions . No one in a “home office” says we can’t try something new. We work in a consultative manner. We are wired to say “yes” to our clients. Being creative allows for success. We do what we know is best for client. We work for the long-term relationship not the short-term P&L.
