WorkSmart Staffing's Expectations for Potential Employees:
Be on time! If you cannot be on time for your interview or continually reschedule, WorkSmart has no expectation that you will be on time for a job. This seriously reduces the chance that we will send you to work. If we schedule your appointment for 9:00 and you show up at 9:15 we will not be able to see you.
Be prepared! Know where you are supposed to be and who you are going to see. Have your resume ready and be prepared to answer questions about your past employment and what kind of job you are looking for. If you are organized and efficient, we will be confident in placing you.
Be professional! Always conduct yourself in a professional way. Sit up straight, make eye contact, speak clearly and concisely, put your phone away and focus on the interview. That also means not bringing friends, family or children with you to the interview. If you do these things, you will have a much better chance of securing employment.
Have a positive attitude! If you are unpleasant to our office staff in any way, you will not work for WorkSmart Staffing. If you display a bad attitude towards the people who are helping you find employment, we will not have confidence in having you represent our company.
These are not just expectations for WorkSmart Staffing, but for any potential employer. Follow these guidelines and your employment search will be successful!
